They include a wide variety of styles at every price point. There is great shopping within 5 blocks at Granville island and along south Granville St. Robson Street is about 10 minutes drive and there are also 2 malls with in a 10 minute drive.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 75.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
