Quiet residential neighbourhood bordered by parks and forest walks. Convenient to local transportation, shops, restaurants and theatres. A calling card is required for long distance phone calls. The internet source is cable and is independent of the telephone. The playpen can be used as a crib. If a cancellation is made up until 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount less $20 will be refunded. For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, only days which have been re-booked will be refunded. Unit is suitable for maximum of 2 adults.

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 20) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
