There are wide open spaces around the area to give guests a panoramic view of downtown Vancouver on the east and south sides. On the north-west side the views of the mountains, water (Burrard Inlet), and North Vancouver are spectacular! On the west side there are additional breath-taking views of downtown Vancouver including our landmark "Canada Place".

• Transit: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Type of transit is Subway. Very close to the Sky Train Station on Dunsmuir and about 2 minutes away from buses that go to/from downtown to anywhere around metro Vancouver.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 25 minute(s). Seymour, Cypress, and Grouse mountain (a.k.a. local mountains) ski resorts are all within 30 minutes drive from downtown Vancouver. For those not wanting to drive, there are plenty of buses that will take you to these mountains.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 35%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Cash
Guests are responsible for full payment for the entire rental period: A $225 USD Deposit being due within 5 days of booking, 50% of the rent being due 30 days prior to occupancy and the balance due on arrival. Payments must be made by money order, or Accepted Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard). Cash on arrival amount. If Guests cancels the reservation after it has been confirmed, the Owner will make every attempt to re-book the reservation. If the reservation is re-booked at the same rate, they will refund 65% of the total funds paid. If the reservation cannot be re-booked the moneys paid will not be returned.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
