Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 25$ per day will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 40$ Per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
