The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 250) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
