Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 25%) are refunded.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques In addition to 50% of the rent due at booking, a 50% of the rent security deposit is required at booking. The security deposit will be returned within two weeks of guest leaving the unit in the same condition is was found. The balance of rent is due upon arrival. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 12. • Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • A maximum of 3 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 75lbs (34kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 1000 will apply. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • Maid Service is provided every 14 days during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
