The unit is located on the corner of Robson and Jervis, 5-10 minute walk to Granville Street(Shopping @ Pacific Centre, Theatres and Clubs). The entrance is located on the famous Robson Street Shopping. One block to Starbucks and the local transit is 1 minute from the front door, the Skytrain is located within a 5-10 minute walk. Payment Details
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to two night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques The damage deposit amount is $300 for damage deposit and $100 key deposit. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
