2 Single Cots (sleeps 2). Cots are available at an extra cost of $20 per night and must be arrange prior to arrival.

The suite is located on the 35th floor which gives you views of the entire city of Vancouver as well as the Harbours.

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $20/night will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $60/cleaning.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
