1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Master bedroom has views of the mountains, ocean and nature. The bathroom is off of the bedroom and has a separate large shower, large soaker tub and plenty of natural light.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). The bedroom is on the lower level and also faces the mountains, ocean and nature. There is the entrance to the balcony/deck that also have the hottub.
2 Single Cots (sleeps 2). Cots are only provided when groups have more than 4 occupants. If requested, they can be arranged for $20/night for less than 4 occupants. This includes the cot, sheet set, duvet, pillow and an extra set of towels
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 20%) are refunded.

A $200 deposit is charged to your credit in order to reserve the suite.
The balance will be charged to your credit card after you have arrived.
Your credit card will be kept on file during your stay for any incidentals, damages or cleaning that takes longer than usual.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $10/night.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
