Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 20.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 150 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 60.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
