1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Master bedroom has a full size closet, full bathroom with tub and shower. All linens are a minimum of 600 thread count and includes a luxury duvet and numerous pillows.
You will enjoy fantastic views of the city from your bedroom window.
2 Single Cots (sleeps 2) and 1 Twin Couch (sleeps 1). Cots are available at an charge of $20 per night and must be ordered prior to your arrival.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
This suite has views of the city of Vancouver as well as the garden area of the building.

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $10/night.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $60/cleaning.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
