If you cancel anytime, payments (less 40%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
Guests are responsible for full payment for the entire rental period. A $225 CAD deposit is due within 5 days of booking. 50% of the rent is due 30 days prior to occupancy and the balance is due on arrival. Payments must be made by an accepted Credit Card ( Visa or MasterCard ), money order, PayPal (4%surcharge for PayPal) or Cash on arrival. If Guests cancel the reservation after it has been confirmed, the Owner will make every attempt to re-book the Unit. If the Unit is re-booked at the same rate, we will refund 60% of the total funds paid. If the Unit cannot be re-booked the monies paid may not be returned.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $10 per night.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
