Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, payments (less 40%) are refunded - full refund if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
