    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The world famous resort of Whistler is less than an hour away.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There is a small deli within a five minute drive from the home. The next nearest restaurant is about ten minutes away. About 20 minutes away is downtown Vancouver.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock. There is a private beach available to guests, just a two minute drive away from the house.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00AM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
