The Galileo building is centrally located near the corner of Homer and Robson streets, across the road from the Vancouver Public Library. It is fully furnished, and includes all freshly laundered bedding and towels, TV/Video/DVD, cooking utensils, glassware and crockery. The use of a private underground parking stall is an extra $13 per day (if required). Building amenities include, excellent security, hot tub, steam room, billiards, library, gymnasium. Starbucks cafe is on the ground floor at entrance. Everything you need from a hotel suite at half the price!

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
Payment by credit card is subject to a surcharge of 3.5%...Payment by wire transfer is subject to a fee of CA$35. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT IS ONLY APPLICABLE WHEN THERE ARE GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 STAYING!

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 2 years old stay free. A Crib and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
