This is a colourful, fully updated Kitsilano home, on a southwest corner, with lots of space and a lovely backyard, in a very central residential neighbourhood. While it is on a main road, there are no buses, and the house itself is quiet. It is 13 blocks to the beach, 2 blocks from shopping, transport, parks, and for those who love walking, close to the main Kitsilano shops, Granville Island, the West End, and Downtown. |

1 Queen Futon Bed (sleeps 2). This room can be used as den or another bedroom. Has a small built-in closet, desk, television and futon/couch. Need to access to get to laundry.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival - cash or traveler check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques Cancellation Policy Information: Effective 2006, we will operate on a 30 day cancellation policy. Reservations not cancelled 30 days prior to the proposed check in date will be billed the full stay. If we are able to sell the time, or part of it, to another party, those proceeds can be refunded. The maximum amount is up to the cost of your own reservation, less a minimum one night's stay equivalent held back to recover costs. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
