While it is on a main road, there are no buses, and the house itself is quiet. It is 13 blocks to the beach, 2 blocks from shopping, transport, parks, and for those who love walking, close to the main Kitsilano shops, Granville Island, the West End, and Downtown.

    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Restaurants, supermarket, liquor store, butcher, baker, fashion, art galleries, theatre, cinema, FedEx, copy stores, banks, video stores, coffee shops are all within a 10 minute walk.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. The closest ocean is a 12 minute walk away, Kitsilano Beach is 13 blocks downhill. There are many other beaches that are cycling and driving distance.

    1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival - cash or traveler check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    Cancellation Policy Information: Effective 2006, we will operate on a 30 day cancellation policy. Reservations not cancelled 30 days prior to the proposed check in date will be billed the full stay. If we are able to sell the time, or part of it, to another party, those proceeds can be refunded. The maximum amount is up to the cost of your own reservation, less a minimum one night's stay equivalent held back to recover costs.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 500.00/pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
