Lots of closet space, but most importantly, a breathtaking waterfront view off a private deck directly off the bedroom for two with chairs and table. The view has been said to be so incredible at night, that it makes it difficult to close one's eyes. Beautiful view opposite the marina-side, includes being the first in the house to see the sun fill the morning sky with breathtaking red clouds as you look towards GM Stadium off in the distance, amid an open sky.

    Unobstructed views of the water that are at once direct and intimate - 180 degree views of the Waterfront, the Quayside Marina, False Creek, the city lights beyond in the distance, the Cambie bridge and water, the city lights of Yaletown, GM Stadium, the garden, the parks. There is no finer up close and personal view of the water and all of the goings on of Yaletown, the marina, and the water, than this. Visible from every room (except the bathrooms). Two large decks and one patio all have the best views!

    This 2 floor townhouse is located between 2 highrise buildings fronting the Quayside Marina on False creek. It shares all of the fine amenities of this brand new building, including high-security entrances on either side and 24 hour concierge. Extremely spacious with many distinct places on different floors for privacy and areas to join together with friends and family in common areas. There is a separate formal dining room off the living room, with seating for 6, or you can eat in the breakfast nook with 4 places, or on the lower deck with seating for 6 at the table, and 2 adjacent. Alternatively, there is dining for 2, on the private deck off the master bedroom. This means a total of 18 dining seats and 4 different tables are available to use to share a meal, depending on the situation and your preference.

    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). It is a 3/4 mile walk to the best shopping in British Columbia! Louis Vuitton, Coach, Hermes, Tiffany, L'Occitante are all down on or near Robson Street. But it's really not necessary to walk that far! Fantastic shopping and food is right here in the neighborhood. Also, Urban Fare, the very best Organic Food store we have ever encountered Anywhere in the World(way better than Dean and Deluca's in NYC) is located just at the end of our street, perhaps 200 foot steps away. Also, a great fine restaurant, "Provence" is just steps away, along with some other really great informal restaurants that overlook the marina. They are our neighbors. One of Canada's most famous sushi bars is "Tojo's Sushi". It is known first for its food, and second for its view. You can see it across the water, directly across from us, so its view includes this townhouse! It is a 3 minute water taxi ride from the townhouse to Tojo's.
    • You cannot get housing any closer to the water without falling in. The walkway from the marina literally points at the unit, around 50 feet from the unit.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 2,000 is required. You will receive a 50% credit on a future booking if you cancel 45 or more days prior.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 10 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
