If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.

A reservation deposit/bond of $500CAD is required to complete your booking. Rent for short stays payable on arrival. For extended stays rent is due monthly. Deposit returned after apartment verification on departure day. Early departures or cancellation after arrival: Pre-paid rent will NOT be refunded

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
