All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 150 will apply. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
