Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit
Deposit of the full amount should be paid 24 hours in advance. Sorry, no exceptions. To avoid expensive banking fees and commissions we suggest to pay at any American Express office around the world. It´s easier, faster, safe and best of all, free. Please ask for additional information.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 5:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
