Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit
Deposit has to be made in full at least 24 hours before date of arrival. Sorry no exceptions.In order to avoid banking fees and commssions, we suggest to make payments at any american Express office around the world. It´s safe, faster, easier and best of all free of charges. Please ask for additional information.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 7:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 25.00 will apply.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of cleaning fee may be provided.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
