Swimming pool and whirlpool. Computer with high speed internet in Apartment. Apartment also has a high speed wireless connection if you are travelling with your own Laptop/PC. We will provide password for you to log into the network upon request. Located in Yaletown. Today's Yaletown covers a much wider area than before its rebirth, and is now considered to be the area bounded on the North by Georgia Street, to the West by Richards Street, to the South by False Creek and to the East by Cambie Street.

Payment Details
A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 40%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
Guests are responsible for full payment for the entire rental period: A $225 CAD Deposit being due within 5 days of booking, 50% of the rent being due 30 days prior to occupancy and the balance due on arrival. Payments must be made by Accepted Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard), money order, Paypal (4% Surcharge for PayPal or Cash on arrival. If Guests cancels the reservation after it has been confirmed, the Owner will make every attempt to re-book the reservation. If the reservation is re-booked at the same rate, We will refund 60% of the Total funds paid. If the reservation cannot be re-booked the moneys paid may not be return

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $10 per night.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
