Swimming pool and whirlpool. Computer with high speed internet in Apartment. Apartment also has a high speed wireless connection if you are travelling with your own Laptop/PC. We will provide password for you to log into the network upon request.

A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 40%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Guests are responsible for full payment for the entire rental period: A $225 CAD Deposit being due within 5 days of booking, 50% of the rent being due 30 days prior to occupancy and the balance due on arrival.
Payments must be made by Accepted Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard), money order, Paypal (4% Surcharge for PayPal or Cash on arrival. If Guests cancels the reservation after it has been confirmed, the Owner will make every attempt to re-book the reservation. If the reservation is re-booked at the same rate, We will refund 60% of the Total funds paid. If the reservation cannot be re-booked the moneys paid may not be return

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $10 per night.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
