This is a self contained Lovely Coach House Apartment. We are located in Historic Ladner Village Delta BC Canada. Five minutes from the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal and 20 mins from Vancouver International Airport. There are many things to see and do in Ladner Village. World famous Reifel Bird Sanctuary is minutes away as are wineries, walking trails and shopping and restaurants. Vancouver is a short 30 minute drive as is the USA/Canada Border crossing.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
