Please be aware that there is a suite in the basement of this house. Prospective renters (who will be on the top 2 floors) are asked to keep noise down between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
Personal and Cashiers Cheques, Money Orders and/or Travelers Cheques must be in Canadian Currency.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
