Payments and Policies
Payment Details
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 35%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
Guests are responsible for full payment for the entire rental period: A $225 USD Deposit being due within 5 days of booking, 50% of the rent being due 30 days prior to occupancy and the balance due on arrival. Payments must be made by money order, or Accepted Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard). Cash on arrival amount. If Guests cancels the reservation after it has been confirmed, the Owner will make every attempt to re-book the reservation. If the reservation is re-booked at the same rate, they will refund 65% of the total funds paid. If the reservation cannot be re-booked the moneys paid may not be returned.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
