• Vancouver International Airport is within a 20 minute(s) drive. You can also take the sky train from the airport directly to our Vacation Property, Just get off at Stadium Station and walk across the street to our Property. This will save you from having to take a taxi if needed.
• Transit: can be reached by driving less than 1 minute away. Type of transit is Metro. One minute walk to Stadium skytrain station. The skytrain will take you within walking distance of most Vancouver destinations and also covers much of the rest of the lower mainland. • Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). 30 minute drive to Seymour and Grouse Mountains. 1.5 hour drive to Whistler. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Payment Details
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
