Special Conditions

An extra charge of $50 per person, per night applies to every occupant over the initial two, over the age of 18. For all occupants under the age of 18, the charge is reduced to $25 per person, per night. This adjustment will be made once a request is submitted.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
Cancellations: 61+ days before arrival: $200 booking fee. * 30-60 days: The full security deposit is non-refundable unless the property is re-rented, at which time a full refund is given less a $200 booking fee. * Less than 30 days: The full rental amount is non-refundable unless the property is re-rented, at which time a full refund is given less a $200 booking fee.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
