    Payment Details
    The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
    In addition to Owner Direct booking fee, a reservation deposit/bond of $500CAD is required to complete your booking. Rent for short stays payable on arrival. For extended stays rent is due monthly. Deposit returned after apartment verification on departure day. Cancellations 30 or more days prior to arrival: Your reservation deposit/bond will be refunded. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival: Your reservation deposit/bond will NOT be refunded. Early departures or cancellation after arrival: Pre-paid rent will NOT be refunded.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
