Property is a beach front property. Property is near a lake. A fine sand beach, gradual for a short distance is a 0 minute walk from the property. There is access to a rentals nearby. There is a private dock for 20 boat(s). There is a dock as well as one space for your boat. Next to the dock is a private swim area with a swim float for the children. Water is clean and safe.
Cancellation 1 days (or more) prior to arrival 30 percent of all payments are refunded.
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
The payment balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Pool heat is included in accommodation rent.
