Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash Booking deposit is 25% of the full rental price up to and including $2000 rent, so the booking deposit is a maximum of $500. A booking deposit is only required for stays longer than 7 days. A personal cheque is only accepted for the balance of the rent payable when the guest checks in and personal cheques are only accepted for guest staying 30 days and longer. For stays longer than 30 days, the rent is prorated. For example a 35 day rental would cost 3000 + (3000/30)* 5 remaining days = Total rent $3500. Taxes only apply to stays under 30 days. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
