We are located on Triangle Mountain which overlooks the ocean and city of Victoria. Enjoy the peace of being out of town, while only a 20-minute drive from the heart of the city. We are located minutes away from two of the best golf courses Victoria has to offer. Deer roam the neighborhood while Eagles and other birds are always in sight. The unit offers a gym, large private deck with hot tub, and access to a great covered outdoor kitchen and fire pit; all with incredible views. A business center is available with computer, desk and a professional colour work center.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. You will receive a 50% credit on a future booking if you cancel 45 or more days prior.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    We would be happy to help you book any golf, whale watching, dinner or any other activities for you while you are staying. Please take advantage of our local knowledge!
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100.00 will apply. A fee of 25.00 will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.00 per day.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
