    Nestled in large cedar and fir trees. The house is in an area of the Old Victoria. Enjoy a walk in the neighbourhood viewing all the old character homes.

    Home has hard wood floors on the lower level. Upstairs is carpeted. Billiards table in the library with books that you can read while visiting. Private patio off of kitchen and family room. Private patio off of master bedroom suite. This home has a feeling of a lodge with wood window frames and large principal rooms surrounded in a wooded parkland. Although we have trees all around us the home has filtered sunlight that makes it cozy and warm. Our home says welcome.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 6.
    • Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
