Payment Details
The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, payments (less one night's rental) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $20.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
