French Beach, more than a mile long is only five minutes walk away and Sooke with its world-renowned Sooke Harbour House restaurant, Trails and river swimming is within twenty minutes drive. Salmon fishing, whale watching and surfing.
Basement suite: bathroom, bedroom 1 queen size bed. First floor: Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining area and a four hundred SQF deck with an eight seater hot tub. Second floor: bedroom 2 with queen size bed, and balcony. Bedroom 3:2 single beds.

The airport is about one hour and ten minutes from the house.
There is a mini-mart at 5 minutes from the house, and also Point-no-Point restaurant and tea house. Then in the village of Sooke which is about 20 minutes away there are all the shops and restaurants.
A small pebbles beach, gradual for a long distance is a 5 minute walk from the property. The house is across the road from the beach, therefore has beach access and glimpses of the water. There is beach access 3 minutes walk from the house.
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented., The refund is reduced by a minimum cancellation fee of 100.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
The payment balance is due on arrival.
A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is due on arrival.
Check IN: 4:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM
Children of all ages are allowed.
There is no specific quiet time policy though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking is not allowed (inside or outside).
Pets are not allowed.
A guest must request this optional service.
NOTE: Disabled persons traveling with a Service Animal have special rights.
