Some of Victoria’s most popular restaurants surround the building, making it easy to have gourmet meals with out the worry of taxis or drinking and driving.

• Just steps away, the harbour sea planes take passengers in a half hour flight to downtown Vancouver, offering great shopping on Robson street, Theatres, Stanley Park, and more, and all in a day allowing one to return home for dinner. Within 100 metres, the Dayliner train starts its 300 kilometer journey up the island every morning and returns the same day, stopping at many towns on the way. The international airport is 40 minutes away.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Some of Victoria’s most popular restaurants surround the building, making it easy to have gourmet meals with out the worry of taxis or drinking and driving. Downtown shopping and malls are walking distance.
• Take a whale watching tour right outside the door. Or rent a kayak and glide through the harbour to the open ocean to discover the Pacific’s wild life. Or paddle up the Gorge waterway and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Salmon Fish with a charter or rent a power boat and just take it easy touring Victoria from the water’s perspective. If you have your own boat, there is moorage also right outside the door.

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
