    View
    A private full view of Swan Creek, and park is viewed through the main window in guest suite. A variety of birds and wildlife, such as beavers and otters can sometimes be observed in the backyard. There are also walking and biking trails steps away leading to the forested areas, an eagles nest, rivers, and flatlands. Nearby Swan Lake is home to a protected nature sanctuary as well as a network of trails, boardwalks, as well as wildlife exibits and information. In addition,a large field makes for plenty of play area for mom, dad and kids to enjoy!

    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 6 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25 per day.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
