    1 Single Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Single Roll Away (sleeps 1). Bright cheery room with large closet. Clock radio. Rollaway is cot size. Will fit in any of the bedrooms.

    Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

    We stock the refrigerator and shelves with breakfast provisions which you can cook as and when you please. We ask for your menu choices when you make the reservation!

    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, payments (less one night's rental) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    Canadian funds accepted at par.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 12 years old stay free. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 10.00 per night will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 75.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
