    More Information
    There is a summer hotel 20 meters from the villa that has a restaurant, BBQ, and 2 swimmimg pools. Use of these pools by guests of this villa is contracted and it is free of charge.

    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The villa is located only 5 km ( 10 minutes driving) from the city with all shopping and dining alternatives. The nearby hotel ( 20 meters away) offers dining.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. View to the Black Sea, Bay of Varna, Varna Lake and the green city`s outskirts. Driving to the lake will take 20 minutes. the city beach is about 20 minutes waking from the villa.the luxury beaches of "golden sands" resort with all possible entertainments are located within 10 minutes driving.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 3 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
