• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The nearest big ski resort to Varna is in Pomporovo, 4 hours drive. The closest ski resort is 3 hours drive, near Veliko Turnovo.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The apartment is right in the heart of the historical city of Varna, within a stones throw of the Main Square. On the doorstep of many cafes and restaurants and just opposite the Opera house. You couldn't get more central than this! This is a perfect location if you are on a viewing trip to Bulgaria, looking for a good base to start viewing properties in Varna!
• Beach surface is fine sand. The sandy beach is less than 20 minute walk away.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
There is a refundable damage deposit, which is 30% of the total rental price - with a minimum of 100 euros. This is payable at the same time as the final payment. Owner accept PayPl, bank transfers to a UK an Bulgarian bank accounts. These details will be provided when you send a booking request.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15 eur.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
