The Panorama Fort Beach's name was inspired by the magnificent views of the complex. Located on the beach between Elenite and Sunny Beach, in a spectacular calm southern bay, and at the same time in the foot of the Balkan Mountains - an exceptional combination of sea and mountain climate.

The complex offers 1st class facilities, with four pools, (one with Jacuzzi, a 25 meter pool, a pool for children, and one with artificial waves), playgrounds for the children, 3 restaurants, a food centre, a beauty and fitness centre, and a tennis court and football field. You can also use all the facilities of Marina View Fort Beach, Messambria Fort Beach, and Privilege Fort Beach.

• Bourgas Airport is 40 minutes away. A regular bus service and taxis link Panorama with Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). 3 restaurants and a food centre are located in the complex.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Facing it has beautiful sea views from the two large balconies. The blue flag beaches are superb with their golden sands with sand dunes and crystal clear waters, beach bars and restaurants. The nearest town is Sveti Vlas which itself has its own beaches and water sports facilities.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

35% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
