Townhouse on Gated Community with Many Amenities
The home was newly built in Jan 2004 and is located on a gated community in Kissimmee (just off the US192) 15 minutes from Disney. The home is equipped with the usual conveniences including: Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Dryer, Microwave, Large Fridge, Coffee Maker, Cable TV, all linen and towels, and full air conditioning. TV+DVD/VCR is provided in the living area, TV`S provided in all bedrooms.
On site facilities include: Swimming pools, games room, fitness centre, tennis, volleyball, basketball courts, Clubhouse, Business centre with internet access and more!
The Clubhouse has a free wireless internet connection facility.
A small charge is made half hourly for the use of the computer/printer equipment in the business center(located in the clubhouse).
