Modern villa in a private high class residencial area (approx. 50 villas) in the hills of the south-west bank of the Garda Lake (beaches 1.5 m away). Very pretty view of the lake and of the mountains in the background. Peaceful position. Surrounding the house is an equipped lawn with barbecue. Shared with 2 other villas: swimming pool (6x12) (26/5-29/9) which is about 20 m away. Approx. 300mt away is a sports centre (swimming pool, tennis and other sports equippment) reserved for the guests of the complex (about 50 villas). Breakfast is available (between 7.30 to 9.30am) upon request and upon payment (Euro 8 per person). It is possible to book the villa for 12 sleeping spaces under the name CATULLO 12 in this case 2 other twin bedded rooms will be made available. Parking. Baby-bed availableInternet access. It is possible to have breakfast (12 Euro/person). DISTANCES: 1 km the characteristic towns of San Felice del Benaco (all kinds of shops), between Desenzano and Salò, two of the most charming towns of the lake. 3 km practice golf course (3 holes), 65 km from Verona, 45 km from Brescia.

Mezzanine gr. fl.: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with bath. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room both with access to the panoramic terrace with lake view, 1 bathroom with bath. Basement fl.: 1 bathroom with shower, laundry room (washing machine). Comfortable modern furniture. Air conditioning on the ground floor and on the 1st floor.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
