Beautiful and spacious villa (600 m2) built in the early 20th century and in an enchanting setting at Punta S. Virgilio on Lake Garda. From every part of the garden and from the house you can enjoy exceptional views over the lake from its most fascinating point, Baia delle Sirene. Peaceful position. The enclosed property (10,000 m2) is made up of a garden, a lawn with olive trees, an equipped gazebo, an above-the-ground swimming pool (6x4; 1.2 m deep) and parking. Access along 400m of dirt track road.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl. Mezzanine: entrance, library with fireplace, living room with fireplace (satellite TV), dining room, kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer, dishwasher). Mezzanine fl.: 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 3 single bedrooms (some of the bedrooms have access onto some panoramic terraces), 2 bathrooms with baths. 2nd fl.: 2 twin bedded rooms (one with a panoramic terrace), 1 bathroom with bath (washing machine). Simple furniture. Baby-beds available (Euro 100/week/each)..
LOCATION: 0.8 km the equipped beach of Baia delle Sirene, 2 km riding-ground, 3 km the centre of Garda (various shops, small port with boat rental).
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
