Modern villa (180 m2) on the slopes of the mountains (500 m a.s.l.) which overlook the shore on the right hand side of Lake Garda (8 km) offering a spectacular view from all of the bedrooms and the living room. Perfect peace and quiet. At the guests' disposal in a fenced-in terraced area.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room (satellite TV) with library corner (fireplace and piano) and access to a large veranda (approx. 40 m2) that is very sunny and panoramic and ideal for sunbathing on cooler days (table, chairs), kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven), 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine) and ante-bathroom wardrobe. 1st fl.: 3 double bedrooms one of which with covered panoramic terrace, study with divan bed and a 2nd pullout bed with access to the terrace, 1 bathroom with bath. Basement fl.: covered panoramic terrace (100 m2). Comfortable furnishings in the day area and reasonably comfortable furnishings in the sleeping area. Central heating. Baby-bed available.
LOCATION: 0.800 km centre of Tremosine (all kinds of shops, swimming pools, tennis court), 8 km Campione, 11 km Limone (sailing and surfing schools).
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
