From the park and the windows of the villa you can enjoy beautiful views over Lake Garda which is at its most widest point, you overlook the town of Garda and the opposite shore. Swimming-pool (7x14) (1/6-15/10), tennis court to be shared with another villa and boules pitch. Parking. Internet access. Minimum rental period for two weeks throughout the year.DISTANCES: 1 km Albarè (food shops), 3 km Bardolino (various shops), 30 km Verona, 45 km Mantova. Absolute peace and quiet.

(access from the outside too): 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath, 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with bath, anti-chamber with small terrace, 1 single bedroom with bathroom with shower. 2nd fl.: 1 twin bedded room,1 single bedroom in a passage-way, 1 bathroom with bath and double wash-basin, 1 bathroom with shower, hip bath and double wash-basin, 1 double bedroom. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
