Beautiful villa (approx. 200 m2) overlooking Lake Garda (abt 150 m), set in a residential area where villas predominate. Evocative views over the lake and of the small island "Di Sogno" (dream). Peaceful position. Enclosed and extensive, well-kept and well equipped grassy areas (abt. 1,000 m2) surround the villa and are ideal for outside dining, large barbecue and beautiful swimming-pool (6x12x max. 3 m deep) (1/6-30/9) with diving-board and changing-room. DISTANCES: Abt. 600 m away the historical centre of Malcesine (to the north-east of the lake with various shops), 300 m food shops, bus stop, tennis, abt 18 km away horse riding school.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: small independent apartment with private car access and small garden reserved for the owners who may occasionally also use the swimming pool which is situated behind the villa. Covered parking for two cars.
Mezzanine gr. fl.: spacious and sunny iving/dining room with fireplace leading onto a partially covered equipped terrace (about 70 m2) with very beautiful view over the lake, kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer) with access to the outside, WC. 1st fl.: 2 twin bedded rooms (in one of which it is possible to put the beds together) one of which with bathroom with bath, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, sun terrace. Reasonably comfortable furniture with some period pieces. Telephone at the guests disposal at the owner's house. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
