Modern villa that has been divided into 3 apartments, situated on a hillside on the Venetian shore of the Garda Lake. The villa's position offers an exceptionally beautiful panorama of the lake, the mountains that slope down toward the Lombardian shore, Mount Baldo (garden of Europe in the summer and skiing resort in the winter, can be reached in 10 min. by cableway) and the characteristic centre of Malcesine. The property, which is shared and completely fenced in, includes a natural lawn with garden furniture and olive trees where you will find a swimming pool (11.5x5) located approx. 30 m from the house. The entire area is renowned not only for the possibility of participating in all kinds of water sports (sailing, surfing), but also for the beautiful itineraries throughout the surrounding mountains. A secondary road passes 50 m above the property. Comfortable modern furniture. It is possible to book the two accommodations together for 8-11 sleeping spaces under the name MALCESINE.

ACCOMMODATION: (60 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room (satellite TV) with kitchen corner (oven, freezer, dishwasher), divan bed and access to the large lawned terrace, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower, WC, panoramic terrace overlooking the lake.
LOCATION: 2.5 km Malcesine (all kinds of shops). 28 km Garda and 65 km Verona.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
