Holiday apartments in a commercial farm in the countryside that surrounds Lake Garda. The structure dates back to the early 18th century and was renovated in 2002, thus creating not only 8 apartments, but a farm museum, a cellar and a room where upon request breakfast is served (to pay for on the spot). In one building that faces the courtyard painting exhibits and ceremonies are occasionally held. The structure is surrounded by vineyards where an excellent white wine is produced and a small hill where, about 100 m away, the swimming pool (8x20) is located. The pool is shared among the 9 accommodations and is surrounded by a natural lawn that is equipped and shaded. Views of the countryside. Good level of peace and quiet. The beds in each bedroom can be put together to make double beds. The apartments are situated on the opposite side of the courtyard from where ceremonies are occasionally held. Parking. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
