Ancient hunting house and outbuilding have been renovated and transformed into a holiday house on a small hill inside a commercial farm in the hills that surround Lake Garda. Approx. 300 m away is the centre of the farming-tourist structure comprised of 8 apartments and a small wine-making museum. Approx. 150 below is the swimming pool (8x20) that is shared between the apartments, with an equipped, fenced-in lawn. The accommodation is surrounded by a natural lawn, a small wood grove and the vineyards that descend into the valley. It is possible to have breakfast service (to be paid for on the spot). The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
