Large villa with outbuildings that is part of a large commercial farm (prestigious olive oil and wine) set amidst the gently rolling hills south of Lake Garda. The diversity of the landscape ranges from the Mediterranean atmosphere with vineyards and olive and cypress trees, to the view of the slopes of the Alps and Mount Baldo. The villa is surrounded by a large park with a swimming pool (18x8 max. 3 m deep) (28/5-1/10) and a covered terrace equipped for outdoor dining. Covered parking spaces. Parties may be occasionally organized in a large terrace independent from the villa. A secondary road passes below the property approx. 150 m away. The caretakers live in an apartment next door and assure 3 hours of cleaning a day (excluding Sunday) included in the price. It is also possible to rent only the villa for 7 sleeping places under the name FONDULIVI 7.

Apartment (90 m2): Gr. fl.: living/dining room with fireplace, (TV) kitchen corner for breakfasts. 1st fl.: (access from a spiral staircase): 2 double bedrooms one of which is passageway to the other, 1 twin bedded room, 2 bathrooms with shower. Comfortable furniture.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
